PP Film Blowing Machine
The E-SHION PP film blowing machine is a double-layer co-extrusion line built on two Φ65 mm screws and a Φ250 mm rotary die head, producing folded film 200–1,000 mm wide from 0.01 mm to 0.15 mm single-side thickness at up to 100 kg/h. It runs PP, PE and CPE with a 28:1 screw ratio, six-zone stainless-steel heating, a 50 m/min pneumatic-clamp haul-off and a double rewinder — the standard machine for PP packaging film, clear bags and laminated film substrates.
