Producing for Shrink Film — the short answer
PE shrink hood film wraps pallets in one sheet: blown wide (up to 2600 mm folded on the 3-layer IBC line) at 0.06–0.15 mm, with shrink and holding force tuned by the blend and the cooling regime — IBC internal cooling is what gives the bubble the stability for it.
The same line family also produces bundle shrink film for cans and bottles at lower gauge. Because shrink performance lives in the film, gauge uniformity across the web is the number buyers watch.
