- A typical ABC structure puts the printing skin outside, the mechanical core in the middle — which can carry recycled or masterbatch material — and the sealing skin inside, adding barrier performance without lamination.
- At a working 350 kg/h the line produces about 7 t of film per 20-hour day. IBC internal cooling keeps the bubble stable at that rate, and the ultrasonic sensor holds gauge so downstream sealing does not wander.
