Garbage bag film splits into two families. Retail point-of-sale bags use thin, stiff HDPE at 0.008–0.02 mm — run on a monolayer HDPE line from 0.008 mm upward. Kitchen catchers and heavy-duty sacks use soft LDPE/LLDPE blends at 0.03–0.08 mm, where an ABA co-extrusion line lets you carry recycled material in the core layer without losing seal strength.
